Paul was very professional, and courteous & listened to my request for a replacement ductless a/c unit. He kept me informed of order’s progress & showed up on the day & time he promised. Upon completion of the project, the old unit was removed from my property, along with all materials the new unit came packed in. I was very happy with his service & knowledge.
