Paul was so nice to work with. Quick response to our inquiry for service. He did all he could to make it a repair instead of a replacement, but in the end, we needed a new unit. He worked 11 1/2 hours, in one day, cutting out the old unit and installing the new one, to make sure we had heat. He is our forever, HVAC guy!
